Nagercoil Nagaraja Temple is one of the popular Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Nagaraja (Snake God). The temple has many idols of the Serpent gods, the main deities are Lord Krishna and Lord Nagaraja. Devotees offer milk and turmeric to the Serpent God. This temple gives a unique prasad “Mannu” (Sand) to the devotees. This temple is popular for the ritual Naga Sarpa Dosh. The temple is vast and has a beautiful pond. Devotees get the holy dip in this water and seek the blessings of the Serpent God.
