This National Park was established by the contribution of ten Villages, as they relocated themselves for the establishment of this National Park hence it is called Dachigam. The National Park exhibits a great variety of wild animal and many wild species. The entire park is been decorated with the colourful flowers. The grasslands, the dew drops coating the grass. This National Park is opened all over the year but the best time to visit is between April and October.\u00a0 Though this Park is accessible throughout the year it is quite difficult to check it out this place during winters especially the upper areas of this Park. But look spectacular during the spring with the blossoms, and the music played by the birds which are really breathtaking. It is advisable to carry some snacks, water bottles while exploring the National Park. The hot tea or coffee along the way to the Park makes your trip livelier as the hot drink is the perfect combination for the chilling and breezy atmosphere of Jammu and Kashmir.<\/p>\n
