Shila Devi Temple situated in Jaipur is dedicated to goddess Durga. The idol of the deity was brought to Jaipur from Amber by Raja Man Singh |. The idol was brought and installed in the temple in 1604 century.\u00a0 The Shila Devi Mandir is an ancient temple of the Pink City Jaipur,\u00a0 which ( Temple) was established in1580 AD.\u00a0 It is located at 10 km distance from Jaipur.\u00a0 Devotees visit this temple of goddess Durga offer special Poojas to the deity and seek blessings from the mother goddess. The deity is also known as the stone goddess ( Shila – Stone).\u00a0 The temple hasba great area with its finest architecture,\u00a0 during the festive season especially during Navratri the temple gets lighten up with thousand of lights and lamps.\u00a0 Devotees visit this temple to enjoy and experience the glory of the temple and to feel the glimpse of the festivities.<\/p>\n
