Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary situated on Guru Shikhar which is the oldest mountain ranges of Rajasthan. Mount Abu is a great place for trekking, for jungle safaris and lots of adventure fun. One can scale up the whole sanctuary in a 2 hours safari or else can spend a day by tracking step by step exploring the natural habitats of Mount Abu by trekking. The sanctuary is a park of dry and deciduous, but still, there are many different plant species like the ornamental, the medicinal, thorny plants..etc. The other unique property of this sanctuary is this is the only park of Rajasthan where you can spot the beautiful orchids. There are wide varieties of wildlife animal like the tigers, leopards, wild boars, sloths, langurs..etc. As Rajasthan is the dry and arid area it is better to visit the sanctuary during October to March. And the best time to go on a jeep safari is better to go on a safari in the morning slots as it becomes hot during noons.<\/p>\n
