Lake Badi situated in a town of Badi of Udaipur, the lake was established by the Mahararana Raj Singh. The lake was constructed during 1652 to 1680. The king named the lake as Jiyan Sagar representing the name of his mother Jana Devi. As the lake situated in the town of Badi it is been popularly called as the Badi Lake. The lake is extended up to 155 square kilometres of area. The lake is popular for the view and for some fun rides through boating.<\/p>\n
