Gurusthan in Shirdi<\/strong> is the place where Saint Sai Baba was known to the world at the age of 16. The place has a small shrine dedicated to Sai Baba, the shrine has a portrait of Sai Baba,  along with a Shiva Linda and a Nandi opposite to that a Marble idol of Siamese Baba is installed. Gurusthan houses an Old Neem tree, which gave shelter to Sai Baba. It is believed that the Neem tree has healing powers. Devotees flock to this holy place to worship, it is said that on burning incense will remove their sins. The place is heavily crowded with devotees on Thursday’s and Friday’s. Gurusthan is a must visit place when you are in Shirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
