Devotees of Durga Mata strictly follow the navarathri colors for Dussehra. The festival is celebrated throughout the year in different ways. The word Navarathri means 9 nights. According to Hindu mythology, Navarathri falls 2 or 4 times a year. One is the Sharada Navarathri during September- October and the Vasantha Navarathri during March- April.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Other two Navarathri\u2019s observed is Magha Navarathri\nduring January- February and Ashada Navarathri during June- July.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The nine-day festival lies on the 9 auspicious days of the\nHindu Lunar Calendar. Each day of the festival represents the goddess&#8217;s avatar\nand the colors related to them. The devotees of Goddess Durga would like to\nknow and wear the related color clothes on the respective Avatar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Navarathri colors for Dussehra are totally of 9 and they are Royal Blue, Yellow, Green, Grey, Orange, White, Red, Sky Blue and Pink. These colors randomly changes from year to year with different avatars.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/tripnetra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/navaratri.jpg\" alt=\"Navarathri Colors\" class=\"wp-image-8534\" width=\"600\" height=\"500\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The list for <\/strong>Dussehra<strong> Navaratri<\/strong> <strong>2019<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1<sup>st<\/sup> Day \u2013 On Pratipada, the avatar of Goddess\nDurga as Shailaputri an incarnation of Parvati and the color of the day is\nOrange which comes on September 29, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2<sup>nd<\/sup> Day \u2013 On Dwitiya, the avatar of Goddess Durga\nas Brahmacharini an incarnation of Parvati as Sati and the color of the day is\nWhite which comes on September 30, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3<sup>rd<\/sup> Day \u2013 On Tritiya, the avatar of Goddess Durga\nas&nbsp; Chandaghanta the wife of Lord Shiva\nwho is adorned over his forehead with half Chandra and the color of the day is\nRed which comes on October 1, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4<sup>th<\/sup> Day \u2013 On Chaturthi, the avatar of Goddess Durga as Kushmanda believed as the creative power of the universe and the color of the day is Royal Blue which comes on October 2, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5<sup>th<\/sup> Day \u2013 On Panchami, the avatar of Goddess Durga\nas Skandmata believed as the mother of Skanda and the color of the day is\nYellow which comes on October 3, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6<sup>th<\/sup> Day \u2013 On Sashti, the avatar of Goddess Durga as Katyayani believed as the creative power of the universe and the color of the day is Green which comes on October 4, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7<sup>th<\/sup> Day \u2013 On Saptami, the avatar of Goddess Durga\nas Kalaratri believed as Parvati removed her fair skin o kill Sumbha and\nNisumbha and the color of the day is Grey which comes on October 5, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8<sup>th<\/sup> Day \u2013 On Ashtami, the avatar of Goddess Durga\nas Mahagauri believed as the intelligence and peace and the color of the day is\nSky Blue which comes on October 6, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9<sup>th<\/sup> Day \u2013 On Navami, the avatar of Goddess Durga as Siddhidatri believed as the goddess sitting on a lotus and the color of the day is Pink which comes on October 7, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Significance of Navarathri Colors<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Navarathri Colors for Dussehra 2019 are &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orange: Orange Color symbolizes name, fame, and money which also increase the power of Aura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>White: White Color denotes peace, stability, faith, and prayer. Devotees on worshipping the Devi Maa blessed with clean mind and spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Red: Red Color denotes passion, fervour, and power and is the favorite color of the Goddess.
