One on their visit to the falls can also visit Aliyar Dam Reservoir Park, Valparai Hill Station and Indira Gandhi Wildlife Sanctuary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aliyar Dam Reservoir Park<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Aliyar Dam Reservoir Park is a 7-minute drive from Monkey Falls. The place is a perfect picnic spot for nature lovers and everyone to fall in love with nature. The Park is wrapped between the mountains on all three sides. The place is perfect for the photography and tourists should never forget their cameras.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valparai Hill Station<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Indira Gandhi Wildlife Sanctuary was previously known as the Annamalai Wildlife Sanctuary. One can reach the place by having an hour’s journey from the Monkey Falls. The Sanctuary is home for wild boars, elephants, leopards, tigers, and many animal and bird species. The sanctuary offers the Safari to explore the beautiful wildlife flora and fauna. Elephant camps are famous for the tourists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adventures in the Monkey Falls<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Monkey Falls offers trekking. Trekking here will make you meet all the expectations of yours. For participating in this adventure one needs to get the permissions from Tamil Nadu Forest Department. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monkey Falls Timings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Visiting hours to the fall are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and one can spend 2-3 hours in the park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
