This National Park is also known as Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary. This\nsanctuary is a heaven for bird lovers. The park is home for both Local and\nmigratory birds. The migratory birds will be visible in the month of September.\nThese birds reside here till March to April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary was established in 1971 and was declared as the National Park in 1991. The area is spread over 2 squares Km. The sanctuary is home for almost 250 species of Birds. In 1923 the British closed the office by throwing the mounds of salt into the well and closed the salt industry and is considerable economic misery to the people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This area was named after the Sultan Singh, Harsh Dev Chauhan who occupied the number of villages by his chivalry acts.
