Grover Zampa Vineyard is the wine company producer located in Doddaballapura in Karnataka. This is the 2nd<\/sup> largest wine-producing company and Vineyard in India. This Vineyard is started in 1988 by Kanwal Grover. He used to work in the Space and Defence procurement industry, his love with wine production company is because of his frequent visit to France. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1982 Kanwal Grover invited George Vesselle the world\u2019s renowned expert in Champagne Wines to India and in 1992, the owned land in Daddaballapura and started wine production as Grover Vineyards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2012, Grover Vineyards and Vallee De Vin merged together\nand started a new company as Grover Zampa. In 2018 this vineyard produced\n220,000 cases of wine per year and occupied the 2nd<\/sup> place in India\nin the production of wines after Sula Vineyard in Nashik that produces more\nthan million cases a year. Some of the major brands produce here are La Reserve\nBlanc, Grover Sauvignon Blanc, Vijay Amritraj Reserve Collection White, Zampa\nSoiree Brut, Shiraz Still Rose, Zampa Soiree Brut Rose, La Reserve Red, Auriga\nBrut, and Chenee Grande Reserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main attraction of this Tipu\u2019s Drop is the view of Sunrise. One will fall in love with that place if they have a Sunrise view. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This drop is the place where numbers of people committee Suicide, fallen off, and slipped. Now the government is making some preparations to prevent such accidents. A grill is constructed from Mayura Hotel till the Tipu\u2019s Drop. This grill is 450 meters long and 5.5 feet high. From the government, funds were been collected for Rs 50 Lakh for this project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Best Time to Visit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One can visit this place any time in the year but the ideal\nrecommended time is from September to March. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the Hill is located close to the Arabian Sea, one can experience the humidity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
