Vijaya Stamba Chittorgarh History:

Vijaya Stamba situated in Chittorgarh is one of the famous tourist place of Rajasthan. The Stamba means tower,  it was a symbol of Victory hence it is called Vijaya Stamba. The victory tower is also known as Kirttistambha or Kirti Stambha. The tower was established in the year 1448 by the Mewar King to symbolize his victory. There are other attractions like the Chittor Fort, Media temple and other interesting attractions near the fort.
