Details of the Types of Tirupati Devasthanam Tickets

1. Special Entry Darshan in Tirumala

Tirupati Devasthanam has introduced the Special Entry Darshan also known as Seeghra Darshan for providing a fast darshan for the devotees. The cost of the special entry darshan is Rs 300 per person and can have darshan within 2 to 3 hours based on the rush. Devotees can get 2 laddus per person.

The Special Entry Darshan costs Rs 300 per person.

Timings of the Darshan

The darshan is available for the devotees for every 1 hour from 9:00 AM in the morning till 6:00 PM in the evening every day.

2 laddus are issued per ticket.

Dress Code for Special Entry Darshan

The dress code is strictly followed

For Men –Kurta, Pyjama, White Pancha.

For Women – Saree, Punjabi Dress, Half Saree, Chudidhar with dupatta.

Booking Procedure

The tickets will be available before 90 days and can book both online or offline.

Offline Booking Procedure – Only 400 tickets are available per day and one has to go to Srinivasam Complex. The counter will be open from morning 8:00 AM till evening at 5:00 PM. The offline tickets are issued using biometric and one has to carry Aadhaar Card as the proof for booking tickets.

Online Booking Procedure – 2,500 tickets are available per day.

2. Infants Darshan in Tirumala

Infants below one year come into this category. The Infants Parents and siblings are allowed to have darshan via this process. This entry is available from 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM in the morning and from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the evening. The facility is not available during the Seva timings like Kalyanostavam, Arjitha Brahmostavam, and Sahasra Deeplankara Seva. The entrance for the
Infants Darshan will be through Supadam.

The dress code is strictly followed

For Men – Phant and Shirt, White Pancha, Dhoti/Kurta, Pyjama

For Women – Saree, Punjabi Dress, Half Saree, Chudidhar with dupatta.

Prasadams

Timings for Infant Darshan

The devotees are allowed from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Darshan Timings

After entering into the queue of Infants one can complete the darshan within 1-2 hours.

Note: If the TTD staff find the infant may cross 1 year, then they will ask for the age proof of the child. So it is recommended to carry the birth certificate of the baby.

3. NRI Darshan in Tirumala

Non-Resident Indians (NRI) can have darshan within a month of the arrival to India. The devotees should carry a valid passport and visa with them. One should report at the Supadam and provide their respective valid proofs for the passport, visa and the date of arrival to the TTD staff. The NRI’s and OCI’s (Persons of Indian Origin) one in this category.

Timings for NRI Darshan

The timings for the darshan are from afternoon 12:00 PM to evening 6:00 PM.

The entrance is free for the NRI’s.

For Men – Phant and Shirt, White Pancha, Dhoti/Kurta, Pyjama.

4. Sarva Darshan in Tirumala

TTD introduced the Sarva Darshan in slotted Sarva darshan. One can have this darshan with tokens and without tokens. There are some slotting centers where the tokens are issued to the devotees based on the time slots and this is a first-come-first-serve process. The time of darshan is purely based on the traffic of devotees. The time of darshan can take from a minimum of 3 hours to a maximum of 48 hours.

The entrance is free for the Sarva Darshan.

Timings for Sarva Darshan

Timings for the Sarva Darshan are from 12:00 AM to 11:00 PM. One has to book a slot for free in some of the counters to have darshan. Some of the places where the slotted darshan is issued are Srinivasam Complex, Vishnu Nivas, CRO Tirumala, Nandakam, Srivari Mettu Path, Alipiri Mettu Path, Cottages 2 and 3 beside Tirupati Railway Station, Kousthubham Cottages, etc. Devotees should carry their id proof such as Aadhaar Card, Driving License, and Passport for slotting the darshan time.

5. VIP Break Darshan in Tirumala

Tirumala previously offered a number of break darshan but as of 17th July 2019, the VIP Break Darshan of L1, L2, and L3 has been cancelled. This category Darshan is allotted for an hour from 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM in the morning. The darshan will be completed within 10 to 15 minutes.

In this darshan, devotees are sent near Moola Virat and stay for some time and are allowed till KulasekharaPadi. One can have a peaceful darshan without pushing or pulling.

How to Book the Tirupati Devasthanam Tickets

One has to get the request from the MLA or MP and has to approach the TTD JEO Office for booking the tickets.

Another process of getting the VIP Break Darshan is devotees should donate Rs 10,000 for Sri Vani Trust and get the Darshan for once. The break darshan ticket costs Rs 500 per person. The ticket can be availed one day before the date of Darshan at the counter. For this devotee should carry the id proof and the donation receipt.

The timings of the darshan are 5:30 AM in the morning.

6. Divya Darshan in Tirumala

Devotees who travel through the Alipiri Mettu or Srivari Mettu footpath come into this category.  The tickets will be issued near the 100th step of both Alipiri and Sri Vari Mettu. For devotees who get through Alipiri footpath the number of tickets issued is 14,000 per day and the darshan slot will be open at 12:00 AM and through Sri Vari Mettu the number of tickets issued is 6,000 per day and the darshan slot will be open at 6:00 AM. One should carry their id proof at the time of the token issue.

The entrance is free for the Divya Darshan.

For Men – Traditional Outfit/Phant and shirt

Note: Darshan will be completed in 2-3 hours once entered into the queue of Divya Darshan. Darshans will be closed during the Brahmotsavam, and major festival days.

7. Senior Citizens and Physically Disabled Darshan in Tirumala

Senior Citizens by taking the age proof at the entrance near the Supadam. The devotees of age group 65 years and above fall into this darshan category. The darshan timings are scheduled twice a day. The wife or husband of the devotee is allowed. 

For Physically Disabled devotees the process is the same as the Senior Citizen by along with the devotee one person is allowed from his/her family.

Timings of the Darshan

The Darshan timings are 10 AM in the morning and have to report at the entrance by 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM in the afternoon and have to report at the entrance by 1:00 PM in the afternoon.

On Fridays, the devotees are allowed only in the afternoon slot at 3:00 PM and have to report by 1:00 PM.

Cost of the Ticket

The entrance is free for the Senior Citizens and Physically Disabled Darshan.
