Mawjymbuin Caves Meghalaya is one of the beautiful and sacred destinations. This the place where the Lingam (Lord Shiva) is naturally established inside a cave where Lord Shiva exists in the form of Linga. The Lingam of Lord Shiva is always been followed by “Natural JAL ABHISHEKAM”. And this is the only place where no puja or flower is been offered to the Lord. To avail, this natural beauty of nature one should cross and climb the steep steps and narrow cave walkway. These caves are sacred without any pooja as the mother nature itself offers and performs rituals to Lord Shiva.
