Adi Kumbeswarar Temple is a famous Hindu Temple dedicated Lord Shiva in the form of Lingam, and goddess Parvathi (Consort Of Lord Shiva) is worshipped as Mangalambigai Amman. The temple spreads to an area of about 30,181 square feet. The temple follows daily rituals six times a day. This temple is one of the massive construction of Kumbakonam. The eastern tower of the temple is about 128 feet high which the highest tower of the temple is. The temple compound is much spacious so festive events could be performed with a great grace.
