Buddha Park Sikkim History

The Buddha Park dedicated to Lord Buddha, it is located in Ravangla of Sikkim. This Park is also known as Tathagata Tsal. This Park ranges from an angle of 7000 feets. It has a serene atmosphere and beautiful background. The pleasant climate of Ravangla adds extra beauty to Buddha Park.  Buddha Park sits in the top of the wish list of every tourist visiting (Ravangala) Sikkim.

This park hosts a magnificent golden Buddha statue, which is about 130 feets. the entire Buddha Park is mesmerized by the melodious songs of Buddha. It is the place where one can fetch complete peace of mind with a scenic beauty. This park was venerated by the 14th Dalai Lama at 25th March of 2015.

The Buddha Park premises is surrounded by fully green plants. In front of the giant statue of Buddha, a small pool/tub of water is been placed it is known as the wishing water pool. People wish and put a coin in this wishing pool. The Buddha Park of Ravangla is known as the tallest statue in sitting position.

The temple architecture is completely wrapped up with all Buddha’s encryptions, the beautiful paintings attract the vision. The inside view is totally hypnotizing, it gives complete information of Buddha teaching. Inside the Park exact at the centre sits another Buddha statue. The total inside view is dealt completely with the beautiful life stories of Lord Buddha.

The view in the morning is absolutely beautiful, but in the evening an extra feather is added to its beauty by the shimmering lights. Tourists do not want to miss this view of this amazing Park
