Arthanareeswarar Temple situated in Tiruchengode dedicated to Lord Arthanareeswarar, the temple also has many sub-shrines. The temple has many holy water ponds for various rituals to be followed. The main deity takes a form of half male and half female hence the Lord is known as Madhorubagan and Ammayappan. The temple has many rituals which are daily followed. Devotees flock to the temple for the magnificent darshan of the deities also the pujaris (Priests) serve the holy water (theertham) as prasad to the devotees.
