City Palace Udaipur History:

City Palace located in Udaipur is one of the Royal architecture of Udaipur.  The whole palace was constructed over 400 years of time by different rulers in their period of ruling.  The construction of this massive beauty was started in the year 1553 by Maharana Udai Singh ||. The palace is situated at the lake front of the lake Pichola of Udaipur.  Those are the largest architectural construction of Rajasthan.  The architecture is a fusion of the famous Mughal and the delicate Rajasthani style.  The palace gives a panoramic view of the city.
