Lake Palace Udaipur History:

Lake Palace situated in the midst of the lake ( Lake Pichola)  was established in the year 1754. The palace is also known as the Jaguar Niwas as it is resided On the Jaguar Niwas Island.  The view of the palace can be acquired by going a boat ride across the palace.  The palace existing in the middle of the lake surrounded by water,  the beautiful Aravali Hill gives a heavenly experience to the visitors.  The Jag Niwas was established by the King Maharana Jagah Singh ||. The palace in the middle of the beautiful lake pichola is one of the romantic destinations of Udaipur.  The only way to reach the palace is by boating.  The spectacular white coloured massive palace looks best all the time whether it is morning or the evening the view from the lake to the palace is simply amazing.
