Aralam Wildlife Sanctuary History:

Aralam Wildlife Sanctuary situated in Kannur of Kerala is stretched to an area of 55 square kilometers. This sanctuary was established in the year 1984. The sanctuary houses many tuskers, langurs, giant butterflies, deers, many beautiful birds and colorful butterflies.

The beautiful view and the exotic flora and fauna of the sanctuary are quite beautiful apart from that one can also visit the great Katti Betta which is one of the tallest peaks near the Kannur. The peak is about 1145 feet high, it is a great view from the peak and the misty weather makes the view breadth taking.
