These all services are providing by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB) to all pilgrims. The above-mentioned charges can be revised without prior intimation. We have provided for Yatra planning
The Pony, Porter, and Palanquin services are managed by the locals under a municipal committee. These all authorization takes care of every year and their renewal also. Pilgrim are advised to carefully scan the identity card and handover the same only after satisfactorily reaching the destination. One must avoid extra paying over and above the fixed rates. One can offer them food, refreshment, etc., it is a choice not mandatory. Hiring Ponies, Porters (Pithos), and Palanquins (Palkis) is far easier at starting point rather than in the middle of the track.

- By Roads: State Road Transport Corporations, as well as private operators, connect Jammu with Important cities and towns of North India.
