Places to Visit in Ziro Valley:
1. Talley Valley Wildlife Sanctuary:
Talley Valley Wildlife Sanctuary is 2KM away from The Ziro town. Talley is the plateau with a dense forest of a silver fir tree, the pine-clad plateau of beautiful grandeur and a vast wasteland. The area gives shelter to the most important endangered species including the Clouded Leopard. The sanctuary was manned by a Range Officer with few field staff in Pange.
It is situated at an elevated level with rivers like Pange, Sipu, Karing and Subansiri flowing through the Reserved Forest and Sanctuary.
The Sanctuary also the shelter for many Vertebrates, Vegetation.

2. Meghna Cave Temple:
Meghna Cave Temple is situated close to Ziro. This temple is dedicated to Lord Lakulisha who was the 28th incarnation of Lord Shiva. The temple is 5000-year-old structure and one should trek for 10 Minutes and can visit this temple. The carvings are magnificent and architecture.

3. Ziro Puto:
Ziro Puto is the hillock where the first administrative centre of Independent India was established. The place is also referred to as Army Puto as army bivouac was established in the 1960s. One can enjoy the view of the Ziro Valley from here. This is the best place for trekking.

4. Midey:
Midey is one of the wonderful places to be visited in Ziro Valley. It is predominantly known for its looming blue pine trees and stunning sights. One can view the biggest and tallest tree in the Apatani Valley which is measured about 7 metres. Trekking and hiking are the favoured spots to enjoy.
5. Kile Pakho:
The Kile Pakho is a high hill point in old Ziro. The place would delight the nature lovers for the scenic beauty it offers. The tourists can view an amazing and a clear view of entire plateau on one side and the snow-capped mountain Nyime Pembu on the other. Best place for photography.
6. Pine Grove:
The Pine Grove is also known as Myolyang. The place is the best for picnics. It is a perfect place for photography. The pine trees are quite scenic. The visitors can plan for the day outing.

7. Dilopolyang Maniipolyang:
Dilopolyang Maniipolyang is a twin hillock that is located on the way to Talley Valley Wildlife Sanctuary. This major tourist spot is dotted with lush greenery beauty. Maniipolyang is the famous place to enjoy the simple work of Mother Nature.
8. Dolo Mando:
Dolo Mando is the hillock that is located on the western side of Ziro Valley. The place is ideal for trekking. One can enjoy the amazing view of the town of Hapoli and parts of Old Ziro.
9. Tarin Fish Farm:
Tarin Fish Farms is inhabited by the people of Apatain tribes. The best about this place is you can see the process of raising the 2 crops of Rice and the breed of fish together. It is a part of Bulla Village.

a. Bamboo Grove:
Pine Grove is located in Ziro, an ideal picnic spot and a major tourist destination. The pine trees are the major attractions of Ziro and a part of rich vegetation of the area. One can truly spend the day among the beautiful vegetation and enjoy the beauty of Nature.
b. Tipi Orchid Research Centre:
Tipi orchid research centre is the important tourist destination in the district. The centre is expanded over 10 hectares of land consisting of Orchidarium, tissues, museum, herbarium, culture lab, office building and garden. About 10000 orchid plants related to the various genera and species are cultivated in the 4 distinct species houses that also ensure ex-situ conservation. The main attraction of this centre is the Orchid Glass House, which has a displayed gallery, central pond with the fountain and about 1000species of orchids in pots and hanging baskets.
