Nageshwar Jyotirlinga 

Nageshvara Jyotirlinga’s story is written in Shiv Puran. A demon named Daruk and his wife Daruki had kidnapped Lord Shiva devotee, named Supriya, and villagers also. Daruk and Daruki were devotees of Goddess Parvati. They were blessed by Goddess Parvati, they would not get killed in Darukavan. So, they were travelling with their forest, Darukavan, to save their lives. Lord Shiva’s devotee Supriya and villagers were praying to Lord Shiva and continuously chanting Shiva Mantra. Lord Shiva came into that forest just to save his devotee along with the villagers with the form of Shivaling, which is Nageshwar Jyotirlinga. 

Temple Timing: 

  • Morning: 6.30 am to 12.30 pm 
  • Evening: 5.00 pm to 9.30 pm

  • Archana Puja: Rs 250/- 
  • Darshan Tickets: Rs 200/- for Two person

    2. Timing: 6.30 am to 12.30 pm 
    3. Ticket is on arrival at the counter, not online.  
    4. After paying the amount, Shastri will accompany the devotees to perform the Abhishek. 
    5. Puja materials/ offerings to be purchased by the devotee. 

Rukhmanee Mandir

Once Sage Durvasa came to Dwarka, Shri Krishna and his wife Rukmini pulled his chariot instead of any animal. While pulling that chariot, goddess Rukhmini felt thirsty, she has asked his husband. Shri Krishna brought Ganga water by prodding his toe on the ground. Rukmini quenched by drinking Ganga water. Sage Durvasa felt insulted because they had not offered Ganga water to him. Then he cursed Rukmini to stay away from Shri Krishna and stay thirsty.  Whenever devotees have to offer they offer water. 

Temple Timing:

Bhadkeshwar Mahadev Mandir 

Bhadkeshwar Mahadeva Mandir happens to be a self-emerged Shivlinga from the Arabian Sea, 5000 years ago. 
Temple Timing: 6.00 am to 7.00 pm 
People use to go during sunsets due to the low tide. 

Siddheshwar Mahadeva Mandir 

Siddheshwar Mahadeva Mandir is present in the city for numerous centuries. 
Temple Timing: 5.00 am to 12.30 pm and 5.00 pm to 9.00 pm 

Iskon Temple 

ISKON Temples are easily available all over the world. ISKON Dwarka temple is, only, made up of sand and limestone. 
Temple Timing: 5.00 am to 12.00 pm and 5.00 pm to 9.00 pm. 

Bet Dwarka 

Bet Dwarka is a small island off the coast of Dwarka. ‘Bet’ means gift, offered by Shri Krishna’s best friend Sudama. People use to do, here, boating in the morning and in the evening. 

Gomti Ghat 

Gomti Ghat is situated at the mouth of the Gomti river. Here Gomti Mataji Temple is also being sighted. It is always open without any cost. Devotee use to take bath, here. 

Shree Swaminarayan Mandir 

Swami Narayan Mandir is dedicated to Swami Narayan who is believed to be an incarnation of Lord Vishnu during 1700 AD. 
Temple Timing:  5.00 am to 8.00 am 
People can seat their time to enjoy divine vibes.  

Sarda Math

Sarda Math was founded by Adi Shankara in 461 AD, one of the four cardinal Peethams established by him. Sarda Math, its complete name is Pascimamnaya Sri Sarada Pitham or Dwarka Sharada Math. The motto of this math is Tattvamasi, it holds authority over Sama Veda. People can visit its Museum, from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. 

Geta Mandir / Birla Temple 

This Temple was established by the Birla family, in 1970 AD. 
Temple Timing: 6.30 am to 1.00 pm and 5.00 pm to 9.30 pm 
There is no temple ticket. 

Gaytri Mandir 

Devotees come here to worship Goddess Gayatri. During Dham Yatra, this temple is a very special gathering point. This is the only Shaktipeeth, since 1983. 

Samudra Narayan Temple 

Samudra Narayan Mandir is situated at the Gomati Sangam.  
Temple Timing: 6.00 am to 9.00 pm

  2. By Railways: Dwarka Railway Station is small railway station, and within city. 
  3. By Roads: Gujarat State transport is very well connected with Dwarka.
