Jakhoo Temple dedicated to the Monkey God “Lord Hanuman”. It is an ancient temple situated on the highest peak of Shimla the Jakhoo Hill. The temple is accessible by foot, cab or by the ropeway. Pilgrims go by the ropeway as it gives a great chance to enjoy the beauty surrounding the Jakhoo hill. The temple is popularly known for the idol of the deity which measures about 108 feet. It took around 1.5 crores of rupees to establish this magnificent temple in Shimla. The temple is flourished with great legendary stories and history.

जाखू मंदिर  “भगवान हनुमान” को समर्पित है। यह एक प्राचीन मंदिर है जो शिमला के सर्वोच्च शिखर जाखू पहाड़ी पर स्थित है। मंदिर पैदल, टैक्सी या रोपवे द्वारा पहुँचा जा सकता है। तीर्थयात्री रोपवे से जाते हैं क्योंकि यह जाखू पहाड़ी के आसपास की सुंदरता का आनंद लेने का शानदार मौका देता है। मंदिर लोकप्रिय रूप से देवता की मूर्ति के लिए जाना जाता है जो लगभग 108 फीट की दूरी पर है। शिमला में इस भव्य मंदिर को स्थापित करने में लगभग 1.5 करोड़ रुपये लगे। मंदिर महान पौराणिक कथाओं और इतिहास के साथ समृद्ध है।।
