Shimla Chadwick Falls situated in the Glen forest of Shimla Himachal Pradesh. One can trek to this waterfall to admire its beauty. It is a 100-meter waterfall and is good to visit in Monsoon season.

This place is perfect for the day time picnic, that is the reason why this is among the best places of Shimla which is been bustling always with the locals and the tourists. The name of the fall is been derived from Chidku Jhaar, which means Chidia in Hindi (Sparrow) and Jhaar means waterfall. Hence it is called Chadwick Falls, as it is said that only sparrows can reach these falls among the valley of the Glen forest of Shimla.

शिमला के ग्लेन जंगल में स्थित चैडविक फॉल्स। इसकी सुंदरता को निहारने के लिए कोई भी इस झरने की सैर कर सकता है। यह 100 मीटर का झरना है जिसे मानसून में घूमने की सलाह दी जाती है क्योंकि बारिश पर्याप्त होगी जो झरने को थोड़ा भारी और सुंदर बना देगी। झरने समर पहाड़ी से थोड़ी दूर हैं। यह स्थान दिन के समय के पिकनिक के लिए एकदम सही है, यही कारण है कि यह शिमला के सबसे अच्छे स्थानों में से एक है, जो स्थानीय लोगों और पर्यटकों के साथ हमेशा हलचल करता है। पतझड़ का नाम चिक्कू झार से लिया गया है, जिसका हिंदी में मतलब होता है चिड़ैया (गौरैया) और झर का अर्थ है झरना। इसलिए इसे चाडविक फॉल्स कहा जाता है, क्योंकि यह कहा जाता है कि शिमला के ग्लेन जंगल की घाटी के बीच केवल गौरैया ही इन झरनों तक पहुंच सकती है।
